The war continues, it seems everyone is busy defending the country, but this did not prevent the judges from deciding in favor of building the Borzhavsky ridge. Decisions were made without public participation and without the participation of interested parties, who were not even informed of the date of the hearing.
While Ukrainians have focused their efforts on winning the war: some are defending the country at the front, others are volunteering, and some are using this time for their own interests. Wildlife exploitation is no exception. Increasingly, we are receiving information about the illegal use of natural resources during the war.
On April 13, the judge of the Supreme Court in the Administrative Court of Cassation chaired by Judge Rybachuk A.I. issued a decision upholding the decision of the 8th Administrative Court of Appeal. Consequently, the positive conclusion of the ATS, which allows the construction of wind farms on the Borzhavsky ridge, was upheld.
