Early flowers are the only source of nectar and pollen for wild bees (among them bumblebees), which come out of wintering places in the soil. Primroses are a collective name for several dozen species of early-flowering plants, many of which are listed in the Red Book. Crocuses, white spring flower, anemone, primrose, liverwort, honeysuckle, mother-and-stepmother, periwinkle, violet, cornflower and other first flowers are very important for the survival of bees.
In this video, we will explain how our food security depends on the first flowers.
