Ground elder: How to eat and why it is good for nature.

April 25, 2023
To grow the greens we buy in the supermarket requires a lot of resources: water and chemicals, packaging (usually a lot of packaging that ends up in landfills) and, finally, energy for refrigerators and gasoline for transportation. And only then the long-awaited salad is on our table.
We want to show that there is a more ecological alternative – wild boars! They can enrich our diet, save money and in no way harm the planet.
But you have to know how to cook them! So, we will talk about edible wild plants and how to cook them. And we begin our culinary journey with ground elder – a useful relative of celery and carrots.
