Elderberry: 1001 recipes, friendly to nature

June 14, 2023
Elderberry is grown commercially in many European countries. You can fry elderflowers, make cheesecakes, cookies and muffins with them, make syrup, pudding, kvass, honey and even champagne.
See the recipes in the video ⬇️
But when we cook – we produce a huge amount of garbage – mostly food packaging.
How can we reduce our waste?
✅ choose products that have less packaging
✅buy products with more environmentally friendly packaging (for example, paper instead of plastic)
✅ choose recyclable containers and submit them for recycling
✅ use your eco-bags, thermos cups and reusable water bottles.
☝️And we can also increase the use of wild rice in our menu – their cultivation and transportation does not cause any harm to the environment.
Try the forgotten recipes of our ancestors, discover new tastes of wild rice, and take care of nature. Let’s cook!
