Report of the fifth stage of volunteer work regarding humanitarian support of the population and protection of Ukraine during the period of the russian invasion

Thanks to the donations of our benefactors, during the last month, the “Danube-Carpathian Program” transferred UAH 120,000 to humanitarian support and assistance to the military.

In total, from the beginning of the open full-scale invasion until November 30, 2022, we have collected more than 85,000 euros in charitable contributions to support the Ukrainian army and humanitarian needs: more than 50,000 euros in money (44,718 euros, 4,994 dollars, 500 pounds, 7,980 UAH) and 35,000 euros in humanitarian items .

This is help from more than 60 conservation donors and individual conservation organizations from Europe and the USA.

For efficient and prompt use of donor funds during this period we worked with 

NGO “Bili Horvaty” (https://www.facebook.com/bilihorvaty).

In particular, we

✅ transferred UAH 80,000, and thus participated in the purchase of a Mitsubishi L200 car for our defenders in Bakhmut from the 93rd OMBr;

✅ transferred UAH 40,000, which contributed to the purchase of Hyundai H1 for 4 OMBr.

So, in general, for the  fifth reporting period, we spent 120,000 hryvnias.

We are sincerely grateful to the NGO “Bili Horvati” for their conscientious work.

It is important to realize that the war will be long, but the volunteer movement needs to ensure the continuity of the process of supporting both civilians and the military, which will be a huge challenge. In the long process, there is already fatigue on the part of the donor.

We are grateful to numerous donors. We will regularly continue to inform on our Facebook and web pages about the receipt and expenditure of funds.

As we have already reported, from the beginning of the russian aggression until the victory, our NGO “Danube-Carpathian Program” will work not only in the direction of preserving the natural heritage, but also to ensure the humanitarian needs of free Ukrainians and to support the Ukrainian army.
